Judah is certainly enjoying his Fourth of July Celebration! This year he can actually appreciate the fireworks at Yankee Doodle Pops, the City of Des Moines Festivities up at the Iowa Statehouse featuring the Des Moines Symphony. He stayed up until 11:00pm Thursday evening, all wired to dance to the music and relax to the fireworks.
Then on Saturday morning, he liked the Urbandale Parade. For two plus hours, he watched the the Fire Trucks, High school bands, and walked around with Grandma Kreis all the while donning his red, white, and blue, sunscreen, and his hat. Waving his flag, he enjoyed his blue popsickle and his star sunglasses. He ate his chips with grandpa, sat in the shade with grandma, and ran around with Lexi Reeves. He even got his picture taken with Bill Northey, Iowa Secretary of Agriculture!
